ROCKIVERSITY ROCKCIPLES must LOVE MUSIC.
Why? Because the LOVE of MUSIC is essential in order for our students to achieve the success we strive for.
Great success in MUSIC involves a serious personal, proactive, commitment of energy & time well beyond our offered classes, private lessons & ensemble rehearsals.
As well, this dedication must be over ALL OTHER extracurricular activities our students may be involved in.
It’s our experience that only students that LOVE MUSIC will dedicate this extra time. 
  • ROCKCIPLES choose to pick up their GUITAR and NOT the video game controller.
  • ROCKCIPLES choose to sit at their KEYBOARD and NOT sit and watch movie after movie.
  • ROCKCIPLES choose to practice their DRUMS and NOT mindlessly surf the web.
  • ROCKCIPLES choose to COMPOSE MUSIC and NOT compose endless text messages.
  • ROCKCIPLES focus on BEING a MUSICIAN and NOT just looking like one.
